The Oregon tasting report in the Wine Spectator is currently in progress. The magazine prefers to receive samples from Oregon producers throughout the year upon their release on the market, but if you have not yet sent wines that are already on the market this year, there is still time to do so. While the response rate has been very good, the magazine has extended the deadline for submissions for Oregon wineries to October 31, 2019.
To participate, please fill out a sample information form (available for download here) and send it to [email protected]. They will look over the form and will let you know which wines they would like to receive for the tastings.
Approved samples should then be sent to:
Wine Spectator
Oregon Report
1750 1st St.
Napa, CA 94559
(707) 299-3999
For each approved wine, they will need a digital, high-resolution image of the front label. Digital images can either be .png or .jpg format, 100 percent to size, at a minimum of 330 dpi, and vintage specific. These should be emailed to [email protected].
