Registration for 2020 Domestic Oregon Wine Trail Events Now Closed

Registration was open Oct. 3-18 for the 2020 Oregon Wine Trail events in San Francisco (March) and Seattle (May).

To ensure diverse representation, winery spots will be allocated by region commensurate with harvest tonnage percentages. The regions are:

  • Willamette Valley (includes Portland wineries)
  • Southern Oregon (Rogue and Umpqua valleys)
  • Eastern Oregon (Columbia Gorge and Walla Walla Valley)

Any registrations exceeding a region’s allocation will be put on a wait-list. Registration is first-come first-served and thus this registration form does not guarantee participation. Winery spots at each event will be confirmed on or by Nov. 1 and payment will be due upon confirmation.

Winemakers, owners and/or principals should plan to attend to make the most out of opportunities to interact with decision makers. As the primary trade members that will be recruited to attend are buyers from top restaurant and independent retail accounts, participation is most suitable for wineries that are already working with a distributor in the San Francisco market. If you are seeking representation in the market, you are urged to plan well in advance to include meetings with prospective distributors during your trip.

The recap of our New York City Wine Trail stop may be helpful for those less familiar with the format.
