Changes in federal immigration policy enforcement have led many in the Oregon wine community to ask what steps they can take to protect their businesses and communicate effectively with their workforces. The Oregon Winegrowers Association and attorneys at Davis Wright Tremaine (DWT) have been following interior security developments and have provided information as a service to the entire wine industry. Additionally, on Apr. 20, the OWA will host a forum for its members with representatives of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the U.S. Customs and Immigration Service. More information and registration details will be made available soon. Read a summary of the latest developments and access guidance documents.
