You already know that the Symposium’s trade show breaks present opportunities to meet with more than 180 exhibitors, from lawyers to labelers to lab equipment. But if you find yourself looking for even more, check out other ways to maximize your time.

Experimental Wine Trials
Taste the real-life results of three vineyard and winery trials. Experiments include the impact of Nutristart Arom on yeast nutrition, wine aroma and mouthfeel; the effects of oxygen dosage duration and timing during primary fermentation; and irrigation during the 2018 vintage in the Willamette Valley. Located at bars throughout the trade show floor.

OWA Mini Sessions
Three 30-minute mini sessions will cover TTB wine labeling regulations and tips, wildfire insurance options and OLCC advertising and tasing room rules. Located in the Oregon Winegrowers Association Mini Session Theater on the trade show floor.

Research Poster Sessions
Chat with researchers from Oregon State University and Linfield College about their current work to advance Oregon’s capabilities in grape growing and winemaking. Located in room E141.
