Submit Oregon wines to JamesSuckling.com for review by March 4, 2025

UPDATE: FEB. 24, 2025 – The 400 wine limit for general submissions for the Oregon visit has been reached as of Feb. 24. The form below is now closed. Please see note below about sending submissions to James Suckling’s Napa offices for review by April 1.

Oregon producers are invited to submit up to four different SKUs of Oregon wine for the 2025 James Suckling Oregon Report, including new releases that have not yet been reviewed by JamesSuckling.com. The submissions for this call are limited to 400 wines, which we will track. One bottle per submission, any variety, although the emphasis of the Oregon report will be on Pinot noir and Chardonnay. Wines submitted should be those currently in the market or soon to be released.

The submissions will be reviewed by members of the James Suckling team in mid-March when they visit Oregon. Once we receive 400 submissions, wines may no longer be submitted for this call, but they can be submitted and shipped to James Suckling’s offices in Napa (see details below).

If you don’t know if your wine has been reviewed, log in to JamesSuckling.com. The tasting notes from previously reviewed wines are free to view if you create a login and password.

If you would like to participate, please follow the instructions below:

Please fill this form out for each wine so the tasting team knows what’s coming and so OWB can track what’s submitted for you. There is no need to include tech sheets as this form will capture the details they need. Pinot noir, Chardonnay, and/or any other varieties from Oregon will be accepted and reviewed. Please submit no more than four wines per winery and no barrel or tank samples will be accepted.

Send or deliver your wines to Northwest Distribution & Storage to arrive by Tuesday, March 4. The address for shipping or drop off is:

Jason Flaig
Northwest Distribution & Storage
Oregon Wine Board/James Suckling 2025
1745 Oxford St. SE #150
Salem, OR 97302

All cases delivered to Northwest must be labeled “James Suckling 2025.” Send one bottle of wine per sample.

As of Feb. 24, we have reached 400 submissions and the link is now closed, however the James Suckling team will still be accepting samples at their Napa offices until April 1:

JamesSuckling.com
c/o Jackson Street Wine Warehouse*
849 Jackson St # 3
Napa, CA 94559

*One bottle per SKU, include info sheet with SRP and case production (replaces online form). Six SKUs maximum.
