Participate in Linfield College’s 2018 Oregon Wine Industry Salary Survey

Linfield College is conducting its second annual Oregon Wine Industry Salary Survey, and requests participation from vineyard and winery managers around the state prior to the survey deadline of Jan. 15. See the following letter, published Dec. 6, from Dr. Jeff Peterson of Linfield College, for details:

Dear Oregon Wine Industry Member,

You are once again being invited to participate in the yearly salary survey of the Oregon wine industry, as carried out by Linfield College, the results of which will be presented at the 2019 Oregon Wine Symposium. A summary will be disseminated by the Oregon Wine Board, who is  a supporting partner in this endeavor. This survey is meant to mirror the national salary survey done by Wine Business Monthly, but focuses on the Oregon market, which is often underrepresented in that survey.

The Oregon Wine Industry Salary Survey takes about 20 minutes to complete, and all data gathered for this survey are confidential. Indeed, no identifiers such as IP addresses  are ever collected by the SurveyMonkey website.  I encourage you to take the time to participate in the survey, which will remain open until January 15 – the higher the level of participation, the more confidence I can have as an external researcher that I am providing the industry with accurate and relevant salary information. Please click on the link you see below, to begin the survey.

Take the 2018 Oregon Wine Industry Salary Survey.

Sincerely,

Jeff D. Peterson
Director, Linfield Center for the Northwest
