OWB Sponsoring WISE Academy Workshops to Augment 2019 Symposium DTC Education

Coming to the 2019 Oregon Wine Symposium in February? Take advantage of your time in Portland at the to extend your DTC education.

The Oregon Wine Board will be sponsoring two WISE Academy workshops on the days preceding and following the Symposium. Normally $700, these workshops are offered at only $55 per person per workshop.

The two sessions will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Portland. There are limited spots available so register soon.

Tasting Room Management Training
Monday, Feb. 11, 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Lesley Berglund, WISE Founder, and Liz Mercer will present this one-day management training that will focus on the strategy needed to raise your DTC game. Learn how to train your frontline tasting room staff to increase sales and club sign ups through: Focusing on the Brand First, Wine Second; Using the Power of Language; and Creating More Emotional Connections. Then a deeper dive into your wine club strategy to better understand Customer Motivations, Acquisition, Engagement to increase club revenue, retention and loyalty.

DTC Metrics Intensive (WISE #205)
Thursday, Feb 14, 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Are you measuring what matters? Is it actionable data? Join WISE founder, Lesley Berglund, and Liz Mercer for this one-day overview designed to help attendees better understand the metrics required to manage their various DTC channels (tasting room, wine club, online, events, phone sales, direct sales, etc.) and identify actionable data that can move the needle.
