Honest Cooking needs wine for 4 guides for spring and summer

Honest Cooking Magazine is preparing four wine guides for the warmer season, and the articles will be published on Honest Cooking’s website and its social media channels late spring and early summer. Deadline for wine samples is March 31 2019, and if you’d like to look at their past articles and wine coverage, please click here. Here is what they’re looking for:

  1. Spring and Summer Sparklers

Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, Conca, Spumante, Sparkling – whatever you want to call it and wherever it comes from, we’re interested in trying it out. From light aperitifs to larger wines that sparkle well alongside food, and those precious wines that signal a special occasion – rosé and whites are equally welcome. The article will feature our favorite wines in price segments $15-25, $25-35, $35-45 and $45+

  1. Charming Chardonnay!

One of our favorite grapes for the warmer season (and honestly all around). From icy crispy to big, buttery and oaky – we love Chardonnay in allt its glory and all its versions. We’d love to see big food wines and refreshing picnic wines alike! The article will feature our favorite wines in price segments $15-25, $25-35, $35-45 and $45+

  1. Natural Natural Natural

Our readers are becoming increasingly interested in natural wines, and so are we. Sometimes hard to find on US soil – but we know they’re out there (both domestic and international), and we want to shine a light on some great wines!

Price ranges will be similar as the above two guides –  $15-25, $25-35, $35-45 and $45+

  1. Rosé All Day

No summer is complete without rosé, so of course we want to highlight some of our favorite pinks this spring as well. From heavy and fruity to chilly and crispy – all angles are welcome, and we are looking in the same $15-25, $25-35, $35-45 and $45+ price ranges here as well.

To be considered for the guides, please forward 2 sample bottles of each product – with price and wine information enclosed (important) – to the below address before March 31st:
