She then served as the Compliance Manager of Oregon Wine Services & Storage from 2014-2016. While working at Oregon Wine Services & Storage, it became clear to her that the Oregon wine industry was in need of an independent, local compliance service provider with the experience needed to help members of the industry navigate the complex network of laws, requirements and restrictions across the country. In August, 2016, she started Red Hills Compliance Services where she provides both small and large Oregon wineries with a full spectrum of compliance services. She also represents a small winegrower association in Oregon.
