On April 21, OWB hosted a second webinar to provide guidance on the financial assistance packages available as part of the federal CARES Act as it pertains to members of the Oregon wine industry.

Speakers answered questions about loan eligibility, repayment and “forgiveness,” the Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury Disaster Loan program application processes, as well as potential federal and state tax liabilities.
This presentation is intended for Oregon vineyard and winery owners to obtain an in-depth understanding of the CARES Act and the various Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs available to winery and vineyard owners including eligibility requirements, application processes and longer term business implications.
