About Oregon Wine Month

Since 2012, the Oregon wine industry has celebrated Oregon Wine Month annually in May. The objectives of the Oregon Wine Month program are:

1. To encourage a period of increased support from distributors, restaurants and retailers in the Pacific Northwest
2. To create a platform for tactical winery promotions that stimulate sales in all channels
3. To develop deeper affinity for Oregon wine by forging an emotional connection with consumers

This toolkit is intended for anyone looking for guidance, tools and programming on Oregon Wine Month – from winery tasting rooms, distributor sales reps, restaurateurs, retail shops, national sales managers, and more.

Print Point of Sale

POS for Download and Printing
POS graphics below can be downloaded, customized and printed. Due to variable market conditions, POS will not be printed and shipped to distributors this year. InDesign files are available for POS customization below.

Historic Program Logos in Burgundy & White
Oregon Wine Month logos are great for use across your digital platforms (website, newsletter, social). They can also be used to create your own printed materials. If you require a different file format, email Kai McMurtry.

Willamette Valley Point-of-Sale
The Willamette Valley Wineries Association has partnered with the Oregon Wine Board to produce Willamette Valley featured point-of-sale and programming. Consumer Events Calendar

Post your consumer facing wine events  (in-person or virtual) to the consumer events calendar and encourage your trade accounts to do the same. Click here to publish your event and be sure to add the Oregon Wine Month or Virtual Event category where appropriate.

Consumer Sweepstakes [Updated April 7]

As in past years, the OWB will run an Oregon Wine Month sweepstakes in May. This year there will in fact be two grand prizes – one trip to the Rogue Valley in partnership with Rogue Valley Vintners and one trip to the Willamette Valley in partnership with the Willamette Valley Wineries Association.

The sweepstakes home will be hosted at the same URL as in years past. From this landing page, users will be able to click through to each individual sweepstakes entry form.
