Updated June 11, 2025

The Oregon Wine Board recognizes the essential role that vineyard and winery workers play in the success and vitality of our industry. With recent reports of increased ICE activity in Oregon, we understand that many of you are feeling concern and uncertainty and are seeking ways to support your teams responsibly and compassionately.

Below are links to information for both employers and employees, including know-your-rights guides, legal aid contacts, and best practices for creating safe, informed workplaces.

We are here to support all those who contribute to Oregon’s wine community and are committed to sharing helpful resources that empower our industry to act with confidence and care.
