A conversation with iconic company representatives examines how organizations remain relevant and resilient amid shifting markets and evolving consumer expectations. Moderated by Wine Director Maria Ponzi, the discussion will explore the challenges legacy businesses face, and what it takes to build organizations designed not just to last, but to thrive across generations.
