Pinot Gris Juice Fining
This seminar explores different techniques and technologies utilized in fining pinot gris juice . We will dive into the chemical interactions of common fining products with guest speaker, Dr. Stephan Sommer – Assistant Extension Professor and State Extension Specialist for Enology at University of Missouri and joined by an esteemed panel of Oregon Winemakers that will share their fining protocols. There is a wine tasting with this session that is provided by the respective winemaking panel.
