Winery Safety - How to Keep Your Team Safe and Company in Compliance

As the Oregon wine industry continues to grow and thrive and welcome new industry members each season the incidents of accidents in the winery and cellar can increase. This seminar will provide cellar workers with a robust roadmap of how to integrate safety and compliance in your cellar with subject matter experts Deb Bridges of Safety Northwest, OSHA’s Jennifer Ekdahl outlining how to build a safety culture and how to cooperate with OSHA compliance standards. Joshua Tikhonoff of Stoller Wine Group and Greg Urmini of White Rose Estate will provide practical examples of how to integrate safety plans in your business whether you’re a small or large winery.
