News & Updates |

Updated September 26, 2025

The Oregon Wine Board recognizes the essential role that vineyard and winery workers play in the success and vitality of our industry. We understand that many of you are feeling concern and uncertainty and are seeking ways to support your teams responsibly and compassionately.

Below are links to information, resources, and best practices for creating safe, informed workplaces for both employers and employees.

We urge those in our industry to remain calm, stay informed, and avoid rumor-spreading that can worsen fear. We are here to support all those who contribute to Oregon’s wine community and are committed to sharing helpful, vetted resources that empower our industry to act with confidence and care.
