The Easy-To-Use « E2U™ » Yeast Technology Revolution: Direct Inoculation Demystified

It’s been said that winemakers hold fast to tradition when it comes to their tried-and-true oenological practices, especially when it comes to yeast, but with the Fermentis E2U™ certification, short for “easy- to-use,”  you can now be more flexible in the way you are using yeast, for example by pitching directly into the must without prior rehydration and acclimatization, a very time-consuming step. In this on demand webinar session Fermentis will explain the most important things to know about the E2UTM certification on Active Dry Yeast and Yeast Derivatives: what are the advantages and benefits for winemakers, what is behind the certification in terms of production knowledge and validation process, how to use them at your winery, best practices to direct pitch E2UTM yeasts and answers to the most common questions on the topic. We will display R&D results, field trials and more applicable information for implementation.
