Oregon Wine Creator Partnerships

Join the #OregonWineAdventure

Join us in sharing the spirit of Oregon wine. We partner with creators who are inspired by great wine, beautiful places, and genuine experiences, working together on campaigns that celebrate what makes Oregon unique.

Oregon wine is shaped by exploration and discovery.  From vineyard-covered hillsides and coastal sunsets to a perfectly paired restaurant meal or a shared bottle with friends, Oregon wine offers moments of discovery wherever it’s enjoyed.

Through #OregonWineAdventure, we’re inviting creators to showcase the diversity, beauty, and spirit of Oregon wine. Partner with the Oregon Wine Board to capture authentic moments that inspire others to explore the wines, the places, and the communities and experiences that make Oregon wine special.

We’re inviting a select group of creators to experience and share Oregon wine in a way that feels real, personal, and inspiring. Oregon wine is all about discovery and we want to see how you capture it.

The Vision

To capture Oregon wine as it truly is: vibrant, welcoming, and full of unexpected moments from iconic vineyard views to everyday experiences that feel just as special.

The Hashtag

  • #OregonWineAdventure is our evergreen call to action, inviting creators, visitors, and wine lovers to share their Oregon wine experiences.
  • #OregonWine is how we reference wine from throughout the state of Oregon, regardless of style or AVA.

Content Pillars

Diversity: Highlight the wide range of wine styles, ways to enjoy wine, and the people who enjoy Oregon wine.

  • Different wine styles (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, sparkling, etc.)
  • Different settings (urban restaurants, backyard dinners, coastal trips)
  • Different people and perspectives

Beauty: Show the natural beauty of Oregon.

  • Golden hour in vineyards
  • Seasonal changes (bud break, harvest, fall color)
  • Scenic drives, coastlines, mountains

Adventure: Capture experiences you have with Oregon wine.

  • Day-in-the-life in wine country
  • Tasting itineraries
  • Unexpected moments (picnics, roadside stops, spontaneous pours)

Two Ways to Participate

  • Enjoy Oregon Wine Anywhere
Share how you enjoy Oregon wine wherever you are – at home, at a restaurant, during a gathering with friends, or somewhere else.
  • Explore Oregon Wine Country
Visit Oregon wine country and document your experience discovering vineyards, landscapes, wineries, and events.

Participation Guidelines

  • Create and post 2 Instagram Reels (>60 sections each) on your own channels, adding @OregonWine as a collaborator.
  • Use the hashtag #OregonWineAdventure and #OregonWine in your caption
  • Align content with the campaign pillars: Diversity, Beauty, or Adventure
  • Submit content for approval at least two weeks prior to post date (at latest, submit by June 15, 2026) and make edits requested by OWB team before posting
  • Ensure content is posted between May 1, 2026—June 30, 2026

Content Requirements

  • Avoid showcasing member-only events or specific sales, as OWB does not highlight individual winery promotions.
  • Swap out photos or clips of empty tasting rooms to instead show visitors in wineries and tasting rooms. We want to show vibrancy!
  • OWB does not engage in political content. Do not create content for OWB accounts that shows or discusses political views/opinions, legislative matters, or controversial content.
  • Avoid fast, jerky video clips.

Helpful Tips

  • Instagram’s algorithm heavily weights “completion rate.” Consider the first 3 seconds to “hook” viewers.
  • Use the “Trending” arrow icon in the Reels library. Pro Tip: Lower the volume of the trending track to 5-10% and layer a voiceover on top. This keeps the discoverability of the song but adds the authenticity Instagram now prioritizes.
  • 60% of users watch without sound. Influencers should use on-screen text overlays or the captions sticker to highlight key points like AVA names or tasting notes. Make sure to edit so spelling is correct, especially when referencing grapes, AVAs, or wineries.
  • Tag OWB in the content you share, not just the caption. This ensures we will see a notification when we are tagged so we can engage with the content.

If you’re excited to share your Oregon wine experience and inspire others to discover it, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Receive

  • $1,500 partnership fee in exchange for two >60 second reels highlighting Oregon wine
  • Opportunity to collaborate with @OregonWine on Instagram
  • Exposure to a broader audience of wine, travel, and lifestyle enthusiasts
  • Access to Oregon wine experiences (for those visiting wine country)

Application Form

Applications must be received by April 25, 2026.

Include overall plan and itinerary if applicable.
Please allow for two weeks after submission for content review.
