Redgate Winery & Vineyard for Sale

May 15, 2024 | Real Estate

CompanyOregon Vineyard Property
Company TypeWinery Only
DescriptionIntroduction

Hit the ground running with this turn-key winery and tasting room known for it's award wining wines and live music.

In 1998 Steve and Charlene Dunn built their dream home on 5.98 picturesque level acres 5 minutes south of Independence, OR.  Being in the fertile heart of the Willamette Valley AVA the property was eventually transformed into a boutique estate vineyard site with a tasting room and winery.  The vineyard was planted in 2006 to Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.  In 2015 the Dunn’s entered wines in 3 competitions and won 7 medals.  They built the "Fieldhouse" right next to the vineyard as to allow the open and covered patios to view the vineyard and the territorial vistas of the surrounding farmland and a full panorama of the coast range as far as your eyes can see.  The Fieldhouse became the tasting room and the welcoming venue of the Redgate Vineyard’s Summer Concert Series featuring live music during summer evenings, as well as the Woodstove Winter Concert Series.  The winery features a covered crush pad, large fermentation room, barrel room, botttling room and conditoned wine storage.  Redgate offers the opportunity to experience every aspect of viticulture and winemaking, from the growing of the grapes to sharing a glass if estate wine with friends, family and customers.
