From vineyard to bottle to filing mandatory compliance reports with the TTB, InnoVint is modern winemaking reimagined!

The Role

We’re a fun, passion-driven team with strong chemistry looking for a new team member who’s experienced in wine production and eager to hit the ground running to support a diverse and growing landscape of winery clients. As a member of the Client Success team, you will work directly with our Client Success Manager and the entire Success Team.

Key Qualifications and Experience

- Enthusiastic and confident in winemaking, with 2+ years in a wine production role with exposure to a variety of workflows across the vineyard, cellar, and lab
- Hands-on experience using InnoVint (strongly preferred), or another winemaking software or detailed production data management solution
- Has a proven track-record of offering outstanding service to customers
- A friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Excellent written communication skills

What’s You’ll Be Doing

This is a collaborative role working primarily with the team that supports InnoVint’s small to medium size winery clients. Some activities you’ll be focused on include:

- Be the first point of contact for our customers that write in and call in, and provide them with timely, helpful responses
- Advise best-practice consulting on InnoVint as it pertains to their winegrowing workflows, investigate issues, and link to documentation
- Provide customer education through written and video content
- Participate in the InnoVint Academy, our free client training program
- Regularly update support guides in InnoVint’s Online Support Center
- Assist with Quality Assurance product testing and bug management, coordinating with product and development
- Contribute creative ideas and enthusiasm to client success initiatives

-Comfortable engaging with clients via phone, email, online video, screen share, or in-person
- Flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Versed in modern technologies, including cloud and mobile software, and enjoy working on a computer
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in viticulture and enology
- Available to work 8 am-5 pm Pacific Time
