Description	Hi! We have a beautiful property that has 4 acres of irrigated, established Pinor Noir 115 clones and Syrah ready to be farmed. The land has been taken care of successfully by two former vineyards at this site and the self-rooted vines were planted in 2003. This fully deer-fenced and gated property has full sun and Southern exposure with a well and irrigation to the vines if need be. We have a barn, tractor available for your use, and leftover herbicides and pesticides if you want access to them-- although we would prefer someone ready to manage the vineyard organically. There is a seasonal pond, seasonal stream, and a strong well. There also is open pasture between the two blocs of grapes if you wish to farm some vegetables or flowers. I love vineyards and farming, but my partner and I have other jobs and do not have the time to manage these vineyard acres. We are very open to ideas of how to manage the vines and mostly want to find someone who is excited about viticulture and wine making but doesn't have the land access that we can share. The vineyard joins to the other acreage of our property where there are fruit trees, flowers, and bees.
