Thank you for agreeing to be a speaker at the 2022 Oregon Wine Symposium. The event will be held online February 15-17. See your email for specific details about your role in the event, including date, time and session information.

Please complete the Speaker Information Form as soon as possible. And, don’t forget to register for the Symposium using the link provided in your speaker confirmation email.

Pre-planning for your session in a virtual setting

Planning call: As the conference nears we will ask that you participate in a prep call to discuss your topic, format and presentation with your fellow session speakers, moderator and the conference organizers.

Pre-record: All session content for this virtual conference will be pre-recorded prior to the live event. There will be an opportunity for live Q&A with the audience after the pre-recorded content as part of the live event. Please plan to present your material on a video call for the pre-record in the weeks leading up to the conference.
