2025-2030 Strategic Planning Process

2025-2030 Strategic Plan Toolkit

The Oregon Wine Board is in the process of developing an updated 5-year strategic plan, which will guide its activities and investments from 2025-2030.

We are partnering with a Portland-based team from Coraggio Group, who are facilitating the process and ensuring an objective perspective on industry input into this process.

Industry Listening Sessions: We want to hear from you.

In late winter, the OWB directors and staff will be hosting industry listening sessions to hear from the industry about your experience with and expectations of the Oregon Wine Board. We want to hear what’s working well, what could be done differently, and anything else you’d like us to know as we develop our new 5-year strategic plan.
