| Description | Our family owns 41 acres of FC land that we would like to lease out to grow grapes. It has a lovely sloping south southeast exposure, and two wells with water rights. There’s two outbuildings to house, yourself, and your equipment. More trees could be cleared if you wanted more space. Right now there is about 7-15 acres ready to plant. We are not greedy, nor are we farmers, we just would like to see the land used for its initial intention. Our parents initially planted Christmas trees, but the trees are way over grown. Some have been taken out to make way for another crop. If interested let me know. We entertain all offers. |
