CompanyCana's Feast Winery
Company TypeWinery Only
CategoryCellar, Lab or Production
DescriptionTime/duration: Likely to start around the first or second week of September (weather dependent), and could finish anywhere between the 2nd and 4th week of October ().

Disposition: Candidate should be curious-minded, enjoy learning, and willing to get tired & dirty in the process of learning a broad range of wine-production essentials related to harvest & fermentation.
