Equipment CategoryDestemmer/Crusher

DescriptionAmos A-10 destemmer. 3-phase/240 power. Variable speed and can process up to 10 tons/hour, mostly run at about 3-5 and does fine and is pretty quiet. Stainless cage. Purchased new in 2012. Has had an average of about 125 tons/year run through it. Extremely well-maintained. Comes on a variable height stand (for over standard height fermenter processing) that is on high-quality rotating casters so very easy to move around. Easy to run and clean. Has certainly processed fruit for very good wines. Has only been used for Pinot Noir. Available to see, run and take away right now.
