Pour Your Wines at OWB: Opportunities for Wineries

Purpose

We welcome opportunities to engage directly with Oregon wineries through visits and tastings at our
office. These sessions provide a space for meaningful conversation, education, and connection with
OWB staff. Wineries are invited to share their story and their wines alongside insights and perspectives
about current industry opportunities or challenges.

Format & Logistics

We ask that participating wineries keep the following in mind:

  • Wine is provided by the participating winery
  • Duration: Visits are typically 60 minutes
  • Wines: Suggested 4-6 selections
  • Structure: Introductions followed by guided tasting and discussion. Visits are intended to be informal, but you are welcome to bring a presentation if you prefer
  • OWB will provide glassware and light snacks

Scheduling & Availability

To help us coordinate thoughtfully and ensure broad industry representation:

  • Please submit requests at least 4 weeks in advance of your preferred timeframe
  • Based on staff availability, visits are typically scheduled on the third Tuesday of each month, with
    time slots from 3–4 p.m. and 4–5 p.m. Submitting a request does not guarantee a confirmed
    date; we will respond within 10 days
