Ensure your business name, address and other details are accurate for the Oregon Wine Country Touring Guide and other OWB initiatives.
As you have likely heard by now, OWB was awarded funding from the Oregon Wine Country License Plate grant program to create, produce and distribute 50,000 copies of a new statewide Oregon Wine Country Touring Guide. All Oregon wine tasting rooms will receive a complimentary directory listing in the inaugural publication, available in spring 2016. Make sure your business is listed by completing this form before Dec. 15.
Additionally, the OWB is taking this opportunity to update its internal (non-public) database. Completing the form will help OWB contact members of your team with information that is most relevant to them. All Oregon wineries and vineyards are encouraged to complete the form, even those that do not have a public-facing entity.
A few other points to note:
- Make sure only one person from your business completes this form.
- Information to be used in public profiles is clearly marked. The public profile information will be used to populate the touring guide directory. It may also be used in the future to create tasting room profiles on the Oregon Wine consumer website.
- Other information, particularly personal contact information, is for OWB’s internal purposes only.
- The form provides space to list up to two tasting room locations. If you have more than two locations to list, please complete the form for two locations and contact OWB for assistance with the others.
Thank you in advance for assisting us over the next several weeks in ensuring the new touring guide is complete and accurate. Your help is vital to guaranteeing the guide is valuable to Oregon wine country visitors and, in turn, our industry. If you have any questions about this project, contact OWB marketing manager Jess Willey.
