Description	Provide support to the tasting room; cleaning, polishing glassware and busing tables Our Tasting Room Support Associate is an individual with wine hospitality experience and a passion for outstanding guest service in the food and wine industry. Our tasting room staff’s primary goal is to make sure that every guest has an exceptional wine country experience at Sokol Blosser. It is vital that the person who fills this position is service-oriented, both within the organization and also toward customers and vendors. This position provides support to our Tasting Room Sales Associates and Managers. Clean all dishes, bottles and glassware Clear and sanitize tables, surfaces and furniture after a guests leave Keep water bottles filled Scrub and polish tasting bottles and glassware to ensure they are in their best condition Ensure tasting areas are clean and presentable Keep cleaning supplies stocked throughout the shift Help keep property and work areas clean Floor care; sweeping and mopping floor Closing duties to include ensure all items in the support kitchen are cleaned, polished and put away Empty all trash and recycling as needed; removed from building and placed in the dumpster prior to departing Assist in set up and take down of winery events including chairs, tables, service ware, tents, etc. Fulfill wine purchase orders and assist guest with carrying their purchases to their vehicle Help with food preparation when necessary
