Description	Bottling and Labeling Line GAI 1601 9-spout monoblock bottling line: This was purchased new in 2015. Excellent care has been taken in its upkeep and maintenance. Depending on your bottle shape this will easily bottle from 1,200-1,400 bottles/hour. This is a compact machine for the volume it can handle. It can be moved with either forklift or pallet jack. This would be ideal for a mid-size winery (8-14,000 cases) that has outgrown their current line or is at a point that paying mobile bottling service fees doesn’t make sense at a certain level of volume. It would also be a piece of equipment that would provide the bottling power and flexibility for a small cooperative space. This is a link to the 1S series of bottling lines GAI produces. Excellent care has been taken in its upkeep and maintenance. This can go faster than the bottling line. Top end speed is 2,000 bottles/hour offering the flexibility of high speed labeling at any point after bottling. Easy to dial in and run for hours without any issue. Despite being longer than the bottling line this is still movable easily with pallet jack or forklift. This is a link to the 6000 series of labeling lines GAI produces. Three would fit most regular shapes of Burgundy bottle, one is for a hock bottle and one is for half bottles. Our last bottling date with this machine is December 4th. You can come watch it in action as we bottle and label the 300 cases of 2018 Chardonnay we have on hand. While Prospero NW would certainly help with installation and on-going service we would be more than willing to go through a bottling day or two to show best way to set up, sterilize, run and clean up the machine. These two machines are in top-notch condition. We have simply expanded and plan to further expand beyond a sensible capacity for them to work most efficiently for our needs.
