Description | Introducing Stiling Vineyards of Oregon, a new vineyard planted in 2018 in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. We desire long-term winery relationships that will take advantage of the expression of the terroir of this vineyard from its youth and into its maturity. There are 6.7 acres in production with an additional 7 acres of land prepared for vineyard expansion. The vineyard is located on Hood View Road where it meets Eola Hills Road in Yamhill County. The aspect is a gentle eastern-facing slope at an elevation ranging from 360 to 400 feet. We grow two varietals, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, planted with a 5’ x 7’ spacing. All vines utilize the 101-14 root stock. First harvest expected fall of 2021 at an estimated 1-1.5 tons per acre. Atlas Vineyard Management manages our vineyard. We follow sustainable farming guidelines and can be flexible to adapt to farming techniques compatible with the desires and goals of our winery partners.
