We’re excited to invite you to join the Cultivating Change Foundation for its third annual Oregon reception. We’ll celebrate the love of agriculture and agriculturists with hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and conversation. This year, we’re thrilled to host the reception at the new OSU Portland Center!
Date: Friday, February 15, 2019 | 5:00 to 7:00 pm
Location: OSU Portland Center | 555 SW Morrison | Portland, OR 97204
The Foundation’s mission is to value and elevate lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) individuals in the agricultural industry through advocacy, education, and community. The Foundation was formed as an extension of the inaugural Cultivating Change Summit in Atlanta. The Summit started a long-overdue conversation to acknowledge and value the presence of LGBT individuals in the agricultural industry. The Summit is now an annual agricultural industry conference that brings together LGBT individuals and their allies from across the country.
We hope you’ll attend the reception to support the Foundation’s mission, celebrate our accomplishments, and learn about our goals for 2019. We look forward to conversations about creating positive change for LGBT individuals who are passionate about the agriculture and forest products industries!
Donations of $100 will be matched by the Foundation’s Board of Directors as part of our effort to raise $100,000 by May 31, 2019. Let’s celebrate cultivating change!
