Participants will gain practical strategies in wine sales and marketing, financial management, and business operations — ideal for those in management roles or preparing to step into leadership. Throughout the day, you’ll explore actionable tools and learn how to apply them right away. The agenda also allows ample time for meaningful discussion and focused networking with industry peers.
