Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Ability to develop business with customers utilizing packaging in the wine and spirits industry.
•Demonstrates B2B sales expertise.
•Generate new customers through prospecting.
•Sell and promote products and value-added services
•Negotiate business as needed in order to obtain a profitable outcome.
•Communicates effectively with clients and vendors via email, text and/or telephone.
•Ability to negotiate with our vendors and manufacturers.
•Define best packaging fit by manufacturer with client’s desire and requested needs.
•Build relationship with vendors to better understand capabilities in order to form a partnership for obtaining business.
•Create Pipeline in CRM and update accordingly.
•Navigate Microsoft Dynamics AX and Cisco WebEx.
•Strong online connectivity via Social Media.
•Foster a positive working environment with fellow employees and customers.
•Participate, when appropriate, on task teams to represent the sales perspective and promote company development.
•Participate actively in company-sponsored training sessions, regularly scheduled sales meetings and division functions.
•Review new product developments and sales techniques on an ongoing basis.
•Properly communicate announced product and price changes, availability conditions and other pertinent announcements to your customer. Deliver samples as necessary to customer along with proper documents.
•May be requested to perform other duties not listed above.
