I have experience in receiving grapes from field crush,press,transfers,chemical additions,racking and all preps for barrel work. Blending and inoculation. Kosher work Supv.prep for botteling and Supv temp employees during crush and wine transfers to tankers. I had a very strict policy for having cellars at 50 degrees year round and always cleaning and organizing hoses equipment in safe and accident free environments.
