Please join Hazelfern Cellars on Saturday, September 7th, for an extremely special food and wine experience! To celebrate the upcoming harvest, Hazelfern is reuniting with one of New York City’s hottest chefs and three-time Food Network “Chopped” Grand Champion, Adriana Urbina, for this year’s harvest dinner in the barn!

Chef Adriana will bring her Venezuelan inspired pop-up – Tepuy – to the Hazelfern barn for one night only as part of her 2019 World Tour. 

The dinner will start on the back patio with a happy hour at 6:00 pm featuring wines and passed appetizers. Guests will then move into the barn at 7:00 pm for a family style harvest meal with wine pairings followed by dessert at the farm table.

Hazelfern’s 2017 harvest dinner with Chef Adriana is still one of their most talked about events to date which has only added to the anticipation of this year’s experience!

Ticket price is $150/seat ($125 for Friends & Family Club) which includes all food, wine, and gratuity. Seating is limited.

About Hazelfern: Hazelfern Cellars is owned and operated by Co-Winemakers Bryan and Laura Laing, making exceptional wine to be paired with good music, great people, memorable stories and delicious dinners. About Chef Adriana Urbina:  Adriana was born in Caracas, Venezuela into a family of architects and artists. Combining her natural eye for design and personal passion for all things food, she decided to pursue a culinary career. She refined her talents at top international culinary programs including L’Ecole de Cuisine Alain Ducasse in France and Sumito Estévez’s Instituto Culinario Caracas in Venezuela, before serving as an apprentice at Spain’s Michelin 3-star restaurant, Martín Berasategui. Adriana moved to NYC in 2011, where she’s since launched her successful pop-up and private dining company, Tepuy Dining, as well as held the title of executive chef at the James Beard-award winning Nolita eatery, De Maria. Additionally, Adriana is a three-time winner of the Food Network’s Chopped; her most recent victory was on the highly competitive “Chopped Grand Championship” – she is the only Latin-American female chef to have won the title. With a unique culinary ethos centered around eclectic, vibrant dishes that are rooted in her Venezuelan heritage while concurrently pulling inspiration from her time spent in some of the world’s most innovative kitchens; Adriana is an exciting and fresh new culinary voice.
