After a great response to its Apr. 20 forum in Newberg, the Oregon Winegrowers Association is taking this forum to Southern Oregon with the Oregon Farm Bureau. Presenters include representatives from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the U.S. Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS), in addition to an expert attorney who serves as legal counsel for the Oregon Farm Bureau. There will be opportunity for Q&A and resources to take back to your workplace.
Hear about your options to secure a labor force, actions the new administration is taking regarding enforcement on agricultural workers and companies, and key information you need to deal with the immigration issue. Submit your questions via the registration page.
Note: the OWA needs sufficient registrations by Jun. 30 or the event will have to be cancelled. RSVP as soon as convenient.
Date: Thursday, Jul. 20
Time: 1 p.m. – Registration; 1:30 – 4 p.m. – Forum
Location: Southern Oregon Research and Extension Center (SOREC), 569 Hanley Rd., Central Point, OR 97502
